"New SUSO Sparkling Apple shows its Ap-peel"

The latest arrival from SUSO – Sparkling Apple – has proved an immediate winner for foodservice operators and helped them boost business through generating incremental soft drinks business.

The new flavour, which was launched at the start of the school year, has already surged to become the No 1 flavour in the four-strong SUSO range – reflecting its huge popularity with teenagers nationwide.

SUSO Sales Director, Jamie Farrell, said: “Feedback from our key foodservice customers strongly suggests that SUSO Sparkling Apple is recruiting still more teenagers to the SUSO brand and that these sales are, in fact, largely incremental. This is great news for SUSO, our customers and our teenage consumers in schools across the country.”

SUSO Sparkling Apple is made with fruit juice, carbonation, a touch of lemon and water to deliver an extra burst of hydration and refreshment. As with the rest of the SUSO range, SUSO Sparkling Apple not only delivers one of the recommended five-a-day intake but also meets all Government nutritional standards for drinks in schools.

SUSO is unashamedly a fizzy drink, but one that is healthier for everyone. Each 250ML can is portion controlled to deliver teens with the optimum serving size for their needs. It is available in Sparkling Berry, Sparkling Orange, Sparkling Lemon and Sparkling Apple flavours.
